How do i return my purchase?
We do not provide refunds on products whereby the packaging has been opened. However, we can make considerations under exceptional circumstances. Please email us pictures of the product on enquiries@rsskincare.co.za and we will get back to you.
How long will it take for me to recieve my order?
Delivery to urban areas normally takes 1-3 working days. Delivery to outlying areas normally takes between 1-5 working days. You can also pick up your order at one of our branches. You will also recieve a free facial scan if you pick up your order from one of our branches
How to earn loyalty points?
Create a username and password before making your first purchase. Ensure that you have logged into your account when making each purchase. A loyalty coupon will be emailed to you after you complete the purchase.
How to redeem loyalty points?
Ensure that at the checkout process that you have applied your coupon code before payment. Please note that you have to be logged into your account to redeem your loyalty coupon.
